Topic 3: How to do a MAiD Assessment

A systematic approach outlining how to send a MAiD request and what entails in an MAiD assessment. Particular emphasis is placed on the MAiD eligibility criteria and safeguards underlying all assessments, with a focus on assessor wellness.

Estimated Length: 2-hour online pre-learning + 3-hour facilitated session
Education Credits: 15 credits for CFPC, 5 hours Self-Assessment for RCPSC, 5 CNA accredited hours for nurses

This virtual Topic 3 session is hosted by the Manitoba MAiD Team. Only clinicians in Manitoba may attend this session.

Physicians and nurse practitioners are welcome to register and attend.
