Si vous n’avez pas encore créé de compte LMS\, veuillez vous inscrire au programme ici.  \n  \n  \nFacilitateur : \nStephen DiTomasso MD \nQuébec \nLe Dr DiTomasso est médecin de famille depuis 1984. Il a participé aux soins palliatifs à domicile de 2016 à 2024. Il fournit l’AMM depuis 2016. Dernièrement\, son rôle s’est concentré sur la prestation de l’AMM pour les patients du Volet 2 ainsi que sur le soutien aux cliniciens de son établissement de santé.
