If you have not yet registered for an LMS account\, please enroll in the curriculum here. \n  \nFacilitators: \nHazel Booth\, NP \nBritish Columbia \nHazel Booth is a Family Nurse Practitioner based in Victoria\, British Columbia\, who has been involved in MAiD as both an assessor and provider since 2022. In addition to her clinical work\, she is an experienced educator\, having taught at several universities. Hazel brings a compassionate\, kind\, and skilled approach to this important area of care. \nMatt Wonnacott\, MD \nOntario \nDr. Matt Wonacott has been a MAiD assessor and provider in Ontario since 2016.
