Il a participé aux soins palliatifs à domicile de 2016 à 2024. Il fournit l’AMM depuis 2016. Chantal is a Director of Dying with Dignity Canada (DWDC)\, where she also co-chairs the DWDC Clinicians Advisory Council. She is a Co-Founder and Past-Chair of the Board of Directors of MAiDHouse. She is a member of CAMAP\, moderator of the CAMAP MAiD Providers Forum\, and has been part of the CAMAP team developing the Canadian MAiD Curriculum. \nCindy Shobbrook NP \nOntario \nCindy Shobbrook is a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner in Ontario. She was the first MAID assessor in her community in June 2016 and has supported many MAID provisions.
