Her busy MAiD practice began in 2018\, and she lives in Victoria and works with Vancouver Island Health as a MAiD assessor and provider. She is an active member of CAMAP\, served on the monthly case-sharing committee and teaches the MAiD curriculum. Jane is presently a member of the Clinical Practice Committee for MAiDHouse in Victoria. \n  \nDamian Rzeznikiewiz\, MD\, CCFP \nOntario \nDr. Damian Rzeznikiewiz is a Toronto-based family physician who has been helping patients and their loved ones with MAID needs since 2017. As a Director at MAiDHouse and as a CAMAP faculty member\, Damian mentors healthcare providers including physicians\, nurse practitioners\, and social workers\, as part of an effort to build MAID-related capacities that better serve our communities.
